Arunachal CM's body recovered: sources

New Delhi: Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Dorjee Khandu's body was recovered by Army search parties on Thursday morning, sources told CNN-IBN.
Army personnel brought the body of Dorjee Khandu to Luguthang village by the land route. It will be taken to Itanagar later today.
Due to bad weather and difficult terrain, Army personnel could not recover the bodies despite locating them on Wednesday.
Arunachal Pradesh chief minister's body and the chopper that he was travelling in were located near the Sela Pass on Wednesday, five days after it went missing.

Meanwhile, UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi and Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh may be reaching Itanagar to pay last respects to Dorjee Khandu. Congress has said the decision on who takes over Khandu's chief minister post will be announced at an appropriate time.
