Will Ash's life change after Pa's tweet?

Finally those constant speculations about her weight gain, her fuller figure and her apparent stomach tuberculosis have been put to rest. Actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is pregnant and the happy news has been announced to the world, much expectedly by pa-in-law Amitabh Bachchan.
Perhaps, finally the jet-setting actress will slow down on her busy social calendar, and with her umpteen number of photo shoots and high profile international events. With four films that released last year, life had never been so busy for Ash, as she is fondly called in the industry.
Rumours had been rife since the last four years, often prompting speculations that the Bachchan Bahu was indeed pregnant. Every time, the media hounded Ash, she refused to comment on the issue. In 2008, when Ash was spotted near the maternity ward of the famous Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai, several headlines cried: "Ash pregnant!" There were reported sightings of Ash conducting religious rituals outside the Bachchan bungalow, the ones that are believed to ward off the evil eye off a pregnant woman. The entire country waited with bated breath to hear more of the actress's apparent pregnancy.

Then suddenly came news that Aishwarya could not conceive as she was suffering from stomach tuberculosis. Abhishek Bachchan hit out at a particular publication that printed this report and several words between both the parties were exchanged. All these proceedings however did nothing to dampen the Bachchan Bahu's global plans. Brushing aside the rumours and the reports, Aishwarya travelled far and wide, attending as many international events as she could, posing for the foreign media, shooting for her endorsement deals and cutting multiple deals in Bollywood.
Last year was a milestone definitely in Ash's career - with Endhiran/Robot opposite Southern superstar Rajinikanth, being directed by the legendary Mani Ratnam in Raavan and starring opposite Bollywood bigwigs Hrithik Roshan and Akshay Kumar in Guzaarish and Action Replayy respectively. While Endhiran/Robot was declared a blockbuster hit, the other three did average business at the box office.
Currently, Ash has good friend Madhur Bhandarkar's film Heroine in her kitty. The official posters of the film were recently released and her role much discussed, but Ash's weight problems still did not leave her side. A newspaper report even suggested that the actress had recently gained weight at the filmmaker's behest. In fact, the report even added that the character she is playing in the film requires her to look bloated.
Does the late night revelation from Big B on Twitter now put a question mark on Ash's future projects? Working while being pregnant is not something new in Bollywood. In fact, yummy mummy Kajol got pregnant before she could wrap up all the work for Toonpur Ka Superhero and Stepmom. With most actresses pressing the 'professionalism' button hard these days, it will be of little surprise if Ash decides to continue filming for Heroine. However according to sources, certain sections of Heroine requires Ash to look her fab best, and these parts remain yet to be filmed. Now, will these particular scenes be edited to accommodate the actress? It can be anybody's guesswork..
