J-Glow! Jennifer Lopez is left red faced as Iggy Pop dirty dances inches away from her on American Idol
As American Idol fans will know, Jennifer Lopez is a big fan of blusher.
But on last night's results show it wasn't her over-zealous make-up application that left her red faced.
Instead the 41-year-old singer became rather flushed after guest entertainer Iggy Pop gyrated his hips just inches from her face during his performance.
The amusing scenes came on a dramatic night which saw favourite Pia Toscano sent packing - leaving just eight contestants to battle it out.
Toscano was kicked off the singing competition after the viewer vote, much to the dismay of the judges.
'I can't believe what just happened here,' said J-Lo. 'I'm shocked and angry - I don't know what to say.
Randy Jackson added 'I'm with Jennifer, all in shock. You were one of the best singers in this.'
Russell Brand also made a surprise appearance - as a charisma coach for contestants.
